We place great importance on product quality. Every product undergoes strict inspection before leaving the factory. Upon first receiving the doll, if you find any missing parts or damage, please contact our customer service immediately by sending your order number along with product photos or videos to mlondoll.danni@gmail.com. We will work promptly to find the best solution for you.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours after the order is placed (and before the product is shipped or produced).
To successfully cancel an order, customers must promptly notify our customer service department via email at mlonsexdoll@gmail.com of their decision to cancel, accompanied by a clear explanation. Please note that once a package has been dispatched from our warehouse (i.e., we have sent you a tracking number), the order can no longer be canceled.
Warranty Issues
If there is a quality issue with the product, a free replacement can be arranged within one week of receiving the item. If the product becomes damaged, contact customer service within one month of the damage occurring to receive a partial refund or replacement service.
Product Returns
If you receive a defective product, you may return your MLONDOLL item within 15 days of delivery, whether the product has been opened or used, provided that it remains in good condition and has not been altered.
The refund period expires 15 days after the date on which the customer (or a third party designated by the customer, excluding the carrier) physically receives the goods.
If a customer wishes to return a product, it must be sent back to our warehouse in its original condition as received. Returns will not be accepted if the packaging is no longer original, complete, undamaged, and unused. (Please note: for hygiene reasons, once the plastic bag has been opened, we do not accept return requests unless a defect or damage is found upon opening the package.)
To ensure customer safety, we guarantee that sold products will never be resold. Therefore, we only accept returns for products with quality issues. Please note that simply disliking the product after receiving or using it does not qualify as a product defect. Due to the nature of the product and its intended use, refunds cannot be provided in such cases.
Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. We may process the refund only after receiving the returned product. Reasonable customs duties and domestic delivery fees may be deducted from the refund based on the actual circumstances.
Return Address: Please contact customer service and provide your address. We will then provide you with the address closest to our warehouse. If the package was shipped directly from China, you will be responsible for international shipping fees and taxes. Please note that customers must confirm the return process with our customer service before sending back the package.
Order Refunds:
1. If a customer cancels the order before the goods are shipped, we will issue a full refund for all amounts paid by the customer.
Refund Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days
2. After receiving the returned product and completing the product inspection, we will process the refund for the customer.
Refund Instructions: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email notification of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited back to your account via your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
Refund Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days
If you find the product defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or videos to mlondoll.danni@gmail.com.
Once we confirm the product issue, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.
