【Price Information】

■ CUSTOMER RESPONSE: If we do not hear from you within 7 days of being notified of a price correction, we will assume that you have chosen to cancel your order. If you have already paid for the order, we will process a full refund for you.

【Payment and delivery policy】

We will debit the payment method you provide as soon as you place your order.

■ Delivery Information:

DELIVERY ADDRESS: We deliver items to the address you provide when you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if delivery to a different address is required, although we will normally send to a specified address on request.

Delivery time: we aim to dispatch items within 2 to 5 working days of manufacture.

Delivery Duration:

Domestic delivery: usually no more than 15 days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Delivery times will vary depending on distance and courier service selected.

 

Please understand that the overall delivery time may take up to 20 days due to reliance on courier services such as UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Claims and Returns, if you receive an item with a shortage or damage issue, please contact our customer service department within 14 days of receipt to report it.

 

Out of Claims Period: If the reporting time is slightly out of date, we still endeavor to assist you. This will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

【Review Process】

 

■Review Time: The review process for reviews can take up to 14 days. You will be notified via email once the review is complete.

■Results of review: If the review is approved, it will be posted on the appropriate product page. If the review is rejected, we will provide the reason for rejection and allow you to edit and resubmit the review.
